My ideal client is someone who has been carrying a lot on their own — anxiety, grief, stress, or the impact of past trauma — and is ready to have a safe place to put some of that weight down. They may look “high-functioning” on the outside but feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck in patterns they can’t quite break. They often struggle with self-doubt, boundaries, people-pleasing, or feeling responsible for everyone else. They’re looking for a therapist who is warm, steady, and nonjudgmental, someone who listens deeply, helps them understand their emotions, and supports them in slowing down enough to breathe and feel safe again.
