Hello, I'm Nicole! As a relationship expert and Dance/Movement Therapist, I specialize in working with adolescents, couples, and families to build emotional awareness, improve communication, and strengthen connections. I have my MS in Dance/Movement Therapy from Pratt Institute and am credentialed by the American Dance Therapy Association to use the body in psychotherapy. As a creative arts therapist, I use evidence-based theories which go beyond the power of words alone. With over a decade of experience working in mental health in the Tucson community, I look forward to helping people of all identities to feel welcome in therapy.
