Hello! I’m happy you found my page. I provide therapy for children 4+, teens, and women and nonbinary individuals under the age of 45. My style is person-centered and strengths based. I use different modalities, including cognitive behavior therapy, dialectical behavior-informed therapy, play therapy, and mindfulness, to support clients in achieving their goals. I focus on creating a safe, supportive, collaborative space where you can be yourself and your goals guide our time together.
