About

Grief can make you feel like the road in front of you has disappeared and you’re without a map. If anxiety, numbness, anger, depression, or stuckness is driving your life following loss, you are not alone. Whether it is the death of a person, navigating an illness like cancer, loss of identity due to a major transition, or mourning the end of a relationship, I will help you navigate a world following a "before and after" that may no longer feel safe or familiar. Together, we will talk openly about this transition, process the wave of feelings you’re experiencing, and tend to old pathways and find new ones forward together. I specialize in grief, illness, caregiving, and life transitions, previously working in hospitals in palliative care and oncology. My approach is humanistic, person-centered, and trauma-informed. I have training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Meaning-Centered Psychotherapy, and grief counseling.
