Engaging in therapy and self discovery may seem overwhelming at first, but the result, living one's optimal life is worth the investment. Based on my lived and professional experience, I firmly believe in self-actualization-that everyone can attain the complete realization of their potential. Self-actualization can usually best be achieved by person centered therapy which is premised on the notion that everyone is an "expert" in their own life, can identify areas of their life they would like to change, and with the support of a nonjudgmental and empathetic therapist they can make those changes.
