Welcome! I’m Nicole, a therapist at Help and Hope in Tucson, AZ. I support adults, children, teens, and families navigating anxiety, depression, self-worth, and neurodivergent burnout. My approach is warm and collaborative, blending person-centered therapy, DBT, and psychodynamic principles. I believe in walking alongside you with compassion, offering tools to help you heal at your own pace.
