I specialize in walking alongside individuals who are struggling with chronic health conditions, anxiety, depression, grief, and body acceptance. I believe my role is to support individuals with nervous system repair and trauma recovery. There is no one size fits all plan when it comes to therapy and the foundation of true recovery begins with a strong therapeutic relationship. I am here to help, not judge, and I will tailor an individualized plan specific to you and your needs. I am able to help people experience and process through the hardships they have been in and the emotions coming up from those experiences. I pride myself in being able to hold a safe and compassionate space for people to truly feel comfortable working through difficult emotions, experiences, and thought processes.
