I have focused my work supporting queer and trans folks in various areas of life. Using a trauma-sensitive framework, I hope to support folks in bringing awareness to how emotions, trauma, conflict (and more) are showing up in the body. I hope to encourage curiosity, compassion, and connection towards an individual’s system- however that may look and feel right for you. My main modality is Internal Family Systems (IFS). I also incorporate somatic mindfulness into IFS. Navigating transitions, life changes, interpersonal relationships, conflict– it’s all difficult. Feeling the impact of systemic oppression can exponentially increase the pain. Engaging in therapy is one tool to not feel like you are holding the exhaustion alone.
