Our experiences do not define us, it’s what we do with them that matters most! Over the last 20 years I have had the privilege of working with some amazing people and families. People who have bravely been willing to address the uncomfortable. Whether these challenges were externally caused, or inherently part of us, there was hope. One of the only things we are guaranteed is change, it is this understanding that fuels my investment in working with people on their journey of personal growth.
