I don't heal you; I help you heal yourself. I specialize in self-esteem, ADHD, Autism, anxiety, relationship issues, chronic illness, and shadow work. I also work with burnout, complex trauma, codependency, parenting/co-parenting, multicultural issues, and substance misuse recovery. These challenges often intersect and influence one another. Life can be complicated and so are the challenges we face, but we’ll approach them together, simplify where we can, and focus on helping you feel better about yourself and your life. Therapy and healing don’t have to feel heavy all the time; we’ll also integrate moments of joy and lightness.
