I'm a neurodivergent therapist who supports adults in Colorado to navigate ADHD, Autism, OCD, & depression. It can be extremely challenging and exhausting to live with the limitations and the stigma that society associates with neurodivergence and mental illness & the associated trauma, especially when medical issues are also present. Together we can sort through things like executive dysfunction, obsessions & compulsions, hopelessness, sensory sensitivity/overload, rejection sensitivity, psychologically abusive family relationships, trauma, work or unemployment-related issues, religious abuse/trauma, bullying & more.
