I work with individuals who desire a deeper connection within themselves and with important people in their lives. This may include family members, intimate partners, friends, and business colleagues. I have a special interest in working with veterans and neurodiverse individuals. I practice trauma-informed care and deeply value ongoing training and learning. I practice a person-centered, relationship-based, collaborative approach to therapy, and I endeavor to maintain a practice sensitive to diversity, oppression, and cultural humility. As a therapist, my role is to listen, witness your experience, offer support, work together with you using appropriate interventions, and provide feedback on your journey.
