My ideal client is a firstborn daughter & high-achieving woman who looks strong on the outside but feels overwhelmed inside. She’s exhausted from carrying responsibilities she never asked for and tired of doing life out of obligation. She wants a space where she doesn’t have to be the strong one. She needs support, boundaries, and relief from burnout. She wants support, but she isn’t used to receiving it. What she truly wants is peace and a life aligned with who she is, not who others expect her to be. She comes to therapy because she knows something has to change, and she’s finally ready to choose herself.
