Over the course of my career, I have supported so many different clients in finding what "feeling better" looks like for them. Many times, clients have mostly satisfying lives, families, careers, etc, but find that something is missing. Sometimes experiences from their past continue to influence the present. Often they are overwhelmed by major life changes. Finding what "feeling better" looks like is different for each individual. Patients come to me to figure out what is getting in their way, process sometime complex histories, and break through to the lives they want to be living.
