Struggling with sexuality can feel isolating, confusing, and painful. As a sex therapist, I’m passionate about helping others overcome barriers to sexual wellness. Finding pleasure after trauma or being given negative messages about sex can lead to difficulties accepting ones sexuality. Pain or dysfunction oftentimes lead to emotional distress. Having kinky desires, uncommon attractions, or engaging in non-monogamy can be isolating. Feeling out of control with our sexual behaviors is oftentimes difficult for the individual and others. I’m here to help you navigate these challenges and find wellbeing, self-acceptance, and pleasure. To foster you in your pursuit of growth, recovery and wellness I will create a safe space and build a strong relationship with you. My approach has been described as warm, nonjudgmental, and individualized. I enjoy colorful language and encourage those that work with me to speak without worries of having to censor themselves. I utilize humor and creativity.
