My clinical practice focuses at this time on women exclusively. I am passionate about increasing confidence, strengths, successful relationships, and resolution of traumatic memories and distress. We develop coping strategies, profound change and well-being. Clients realize solutions never thought possible. My approach is eclectic, blending EMDR, solution focused, psychodynamic, relational therapy, positive psychology, mindfulness, and family systems therapy, including parenting techniques.
