My approach is relational at its core, grounded in the belief that our connection to ourselves and others shapes our experience of life. I have a special passion for working with young adults as they navigate personal growth and self-discovery. I named my practice Higher Self Healing to reflect my belief that everyone has the capacity to live as their most authentic, empowered self.
