Counseling individuals, couples, and families living with anxiety, depression, substance misuse, and daily stress has been my life's work for the last 18 years. I have a particular interest in helping adults that feel stuck or held back, and children ages 6 and up dealt complex trauma and difficult transitions. I'm bilingual in English & Spanish and have worked in a variety of clinical settings including jails, shelters, detoxification centers, outreach, outpatient, residential, and private practice. I hold advanced training in trauma-informed care and treatment for people experiencing problematic sexual behavior. I am certified in the Open Dialogue approach.
