My ideal client is someone who’s always been the “strong one” — the caretaker, the fixer, the high achiever — yet feels emotionally drained, disconnected, or unsure who they are outside of those roles. They may be navigating anxiety, trauma, cultural or family expectations, or simply longing to feel more grounded and authentic. Many of my clients are BIPOC or adult children of immigrants seeking to heal from the weight of generational pain while learning to honor their own needs.
