I am a nonjudgmental Mental Health Clinician who enjoys working with children, adolescents, and adults to explore the highs and lows in life. I create a safe space for individuals to explore their thoughts and feelings while empowering them to be reflective. Throughout life, we all experience heartaches, pains, trials, and tribulations that affect us in various ways. Many times, we need someone to hear and understand us while providing support and guidance. I encourage clients to explore solutions, deep-seated emotions, and the origins of those emotions, and strengthen relationships.
