Do you ever feel like you need to go to therapy because of situations outside of your control? If so, you're not alone. My practice specializes in helping people explore the impact their environment has on their mental health, whether that's the messaging they received as a child, current political stressors, or other systemic issues affecting their life. Trained as a trauma-focused sex therapist, I primarily help people discover and reclaim what sexuality means for them but I enjoy supporting clients navigate other mental health issues as well.
