Hello! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker offering individual, family, couples, adolescent, and marriage counseling. My experience includes working with PTSD, anxiety, depression, loss and grief, family and relationship problems, and mood disorders. While I take a more holistic approach, I am trained in dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), and trauma-informed care.
