My goal as your therapist is to provide you with practical solutions and tools that you can learn to practice in your daily life outside of therapy. My approach with you as my client will be to start with where you are, while assisting you in identifying healthy solutions to your problems. It is my belief that most people have the ability to grow and build on their strengths, however at times become stuck. I view therapy as a collaborative process. I work along with you to grow and make positive changes that can result in a more fulfilling life.
