I have a warm, relational style. Although together we will explore influences from the past, we will address your concerns and find solutions to real life problems that you are experiencing now. Research indicates that healing in therapy is connected to the relationship with client/ therapist. I create a safe and warm environment so you will be able to freely explore your thoughts and feelings. An exploration of what aspects of self and life that can be changed and ones that we can develop acceptance with if we cannot change them. I love my work and enjoy supporting others.
