I am fascinated by the human experience. Whether we are young or seasoned in this life, we benefit from learning how to understand ourselves so that we can make meaningful and intentional connections with others. I have had the honor to provide therapeutic support to individuals, families and communities for two decades. I received formal clinical training and education as a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW). I also provide support for neurodiverse families who would like individualized family and resource support and parent coaching. My clinical framework draws on insights from Internal Family Systems (IFS); Polyvagal Theory; play therapy and somatic modalities; and Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP). My practice approaches are trauma-informed and neurodiversity-affirming.
