My clients are individuals who want to live more wholeheartedly, regain a sense of safety and cultivate support. Clients gain awareness of their unhealthy (or unhelpful) thoughts and behavior patterns and work to disrupt them. Clients will also explore how their bodies respond to stress or trauma, and together we will identify and practice ways to promote mind-body healing. I have an affinity for working with BIPOC and 2SLGBTQ+ folks, and also enjoy working with any individual who is curious and open to the therapy experience!
