Hi all! My passion is to help my clients become more self-aware in their healing journey. I am EMDR trained, somatically informed, as well as IFS informed. You will be met with warmth, empathy, validation, and perspective. I love to explore clients’ presenting issues in relation to childhood, past experiences, and relationships to help connect patterns and narratives which have been carried throughout their lives. I love teaching clients how to effectively reframe thoughts, identify triggers and coping skills, engage more in their hobbies and interests, and improve communication and social skills.
