As someone in long-term recovery with 10+ years of counseling experience in residential and outpatient programs, I have the honor and privilege of walking alongside clients as they navigate the challenges of substance use and the journey that is recovery. I utilize evidence-based practices, pull from various recovery philosophies, and share personal lived experience to help clients reach their potential and achieve sustained sobriety.
