I am a Licensed Master Social Worker with experience in psychotherapy, mediation, and case management. I have worked with adults in outpatient mental health and community-based settings, including delivering therapy to veterans and supporting them through mental health management and life transitions. Before earning my social work license, I worked as a case manager, helping individuals access community resources, employment assistance, and support for various needs. This assisted in the development of my person-centered, integrative therapeutic style that combines evidence-based practices such as CBT and ACT.
