Hello! I am so glad that you found me! I know that reaching out for help can often be the hardest part. I am a person-centered counselor; I believe people are the experts on their own lives. I meet clients where they are and move at a pace that feels right for them. Sessions are client-led and collaborative, whether we explore deep emotional topics or keep things lighter. I value warmth, curiosity, and connection. I strive to create a space that does not feel intimidating. I integrate ACT, CBT, attachment-based work, play-based methods, somatic processes, and existential perspectives as they fit each client’s needs.
