Hello there! My name is Nikki and I earned my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Northern Kentucky University in 2023. I have been passionate about advocating for mental health for as long as I can remember. Working with me, the approach is straightforward: we all face challenges in life, often without the opportunity to express our true feelings. Many of us lack the space to discuss our mental health, even though human connection is essential for our well-being. This struggle to connect can lead to a lack of vulnerability.
