I’m Nikki, a licensed social worker and holistic therapist offering somatic, nervous-system-informed therapy for adults seeking deeper healing beyond talk therapy alone. My work is grounded in the belief that many symptoms—anxiety, overthinking, emotional shutdown, people-pleasing, and boundary struggles—are not flaws, but intelligent responses shaped by past experiences. My work focuses on individual, couples, and family therapy. In addition to somatic-informed work, I integrate IFS-informed strategies and EMDR when desired.
