I am a psychotherapist with experience providing individual and group counseling, specifically with adolescents, young adults, and new mothers. I have been effective working with clients across several cultural backgrounds. I use multiple approaches while working with my clients, focusing on the "whole client" and concentrating on building a strong rapport through my engagement skills. I believe therapy works best when there is a strong, trusting relationship between client and therapist. I provide a safe, supportive, calming and judgement-free environment for my clients.
