I’m a licensed psychotherapist, a proud mother of two, and someone who has and continues to walk a path of personal transformation and conscious evolution. This journey has led me to the work I feel truly called to do: helping others find meaning in their struggles and create deeper connections with themselves and with the world around them. I have the privilege of supporting individuals, couples, and families in residential addiction recovery and in private practice. I also work in helping first responders navigate the complexities of PTSD in conjunction with their psychiatric work.
