I support adults and teens living with the challenges of anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, PTSD and grief. Some of the challenges that we face in childhood/adolescence can impact us later in life. Part of my practice is to help you understand how past trauma impacts you currently. I am passionate about helping you understand your family dynamics and how they impact you as an adult in your relationships and other areas of life. Together we will challenge automatic thoughts/reactions and identify patterns to build awareness in the way you think, feel and act.
