I truly believe that each individual has the wisdom to heal. My approach is warm and collaborative, working with each client to cultivate awareness, move toward wholeness, and create the change they want to see in their lives. I strive to establish a safe space where you can share your story, develop a deeper understanding of your feelings, thoughts, patterns, strengths, and challenges. My counseling experiences include community crisis work with youth and adults, facilitating groups in treating eating difficulties, couples counseling, and individual work with a range of concerns including trauma, depression, anxiety, and relationship challenges. Currently, I am passionate about Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy.
