As an LMFT, I specialize in working with adolescents, young adults and their family's to overcome a variety of issues. While mental health conditions are common among this age group, clinicians are seeing epidemic levels of stress and increasing rates of anxiety and depression. With a tremendous amount of compassion for the vicissitudes our youth have endured over the last decade, I can help make sense of the overwhelming feelings and pressures they are subjected to, and offer tangible skills to help them cope throughout their lifetime.
