I strive to create a safe and trusting therapeutic relationship, so that I can meet my clients where they are at and provide space for exploring their concerns. I approach therapy as a collaboration between myself and the client - together we will identify treatment goals and examine pathways for reaching these goals. I attempt to understand my clients on multiple levels, including culture, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, age and ability status. I have experience working with adolescents and adults in a number of areas, including: coping with anxiety and depression, life transitions, identity development, grief and loss, and relationship concerns.
