I believe that this life is meant to be lived fully and freely in every moment. It is a simple concept, but sometimes so difficult to experience as our thoughts keep us held in the past or our fears spiral us into the future. You may feel completely trapped in a cycle of unhealthy thoughts and behaviors and sense you're losing control. Sometimes we struggle getting lost in heartache or pain and forget what life can look like on the other side.
