Hi, I’m Nikki (she/her)! know that reaching out for help can feel scary and overwhelming. Especially if you've spent a long time masking, feeling misunderstood, or carrying things alone. If that’s where you are right now, I want you to know, you don’t have to figure it all out before coming to therapy. You are welcome here just as you are. I love working with teens and adults navigating ADHD, high-masking Autism, anxiety, depression, religious trauma and deconstruction. But really, I am here to help support you no matter what you are going through. My goal is to create a space where you can be your full, authentic self—without judgment or pressure.
