Going through tough experiences is hard enough — facing them while feeling alone or disconnected can feel even more overwhelming. With five years of experience in private practice, and a clinical foundation built in both school settings and inpatient facilities, I bring a person-focused and supportive approach to therapy. I work with children, teens, young adults, and families experiencing a wide range of emotional and behavioral difficulties. I integrate play, connection and a strong therapeutic alliance while treating concerns such as depression, anxiety, trauma-related disorders, and disruptive behaviors.
