I believe that the right course of treatment for a client depends on who they are, what they bring into session, and how they are comfortable working. I enjoy helping individuals make meaning out of their experiences, build awareness of self, and have a space to be heard, validated and heal. I feel that a strong relationship between client and therapist is what allows for growth and the deepest level of work to be done. I strive to create a welcoming, non-judgmental, and empathetic space for that purpose.
