First and foremost, I want to say you are not alone. You are not the first parent/caregiver to make the huge respective decision to ask for SUPPORT when it is needed. Isn’t that exactly what we teach our children to do? I feel your pain, I hear your sadness, and I am right here with you to help you through it all. You may feel you’ve exhausted everything in the book, or you just don't know what else to do, leaving you exhausted, burned out or ashamed – that’s where I step in! Parenting is no joke, no blissful forged social media post, nothing that we’re ever truly prepared for. But what we can do is work together and heal together. Children experience and process emotions SO differently than you and I! We will do this together- shame free, me and you, me and your little, and me you and your little.
