Are you feeling disconnected in your relationships? Are you struggling with emotional intimacy, trust, communicating, or taking up space? Relationships are at the heart of our well-being—but they can also be a source of confusion and pain. In my work, I help people reclaim their capacity to emotionally connect to themselves and others. Together, we'll explore relational dynamics, and how some challenging relational patterns may be rooted in past traumatic experiences. Through this process, we'll increase insight and begin to develop new ways of thinking and relating—ones that foster connection rather than conflict and distance.
