Hello! I am a Christian Therapist. I specialize with those who struggle with excessive worry, racing thoughts, sleep problems, chronically low mood, poor outlook on life, parenting struggles and low self esteem. The goal is to develop coping skills and change the thought processing around every area of struggle. Many times our mind inflates the problems and under estimates our ability to cope. We will build on your strengths, teach you how to re frame negative beliefs, face situations you are afraid of, move out of the avoidance loop, etc.
