Counseling provides an opportunity for people to explore areas of their lives and relationships that may feel dissatisfying, difficult, or even painful. It takes courage for us to look at parts of ourselves and our relationships that are troubling, especially when we're not sure exactly where to begin or what's not feeling quite right. Therapy is a journey, a path toward developing a connection to our own deepest knowing and inner strengths. With increased awareness and internal supports, we feel more hope, strength and freedom to live as fully as possible.
