Hi, I’m Niko (they/them), a doctoral trainee in clinical psychology. My work is grounded in compassion, curiosity, and a deep commitment to affirming care for individuals of all backgrounds and identities. I specialize in working with adolescents and young adults navigating neurodivergence (ADHD and Autism), trauma, identity, anxiety, and depression. I also have particular experience supporting transgender and gender-diverse clients and those managing the impacts of chronic illness, systemic stress, or marginalization. I strive to create a collaborative space where your story is honored, your strengths are centered, and your goals guide the process. Outside of therapy, I’m passionate about research focused on resilience and relationships in trans communities.
