I help men with depression, anxiety, or childhood trauma who may also be struggling with vulnerability, expressing emotion in their relationships, or with what it means to be a man. I enjoy helping others build confidence and self-esteem by developing the courage to face themselves and to be authentic in their relations with others. I also do couples therapy and work with teenagers struggling with anxiety, depression, family conflict, or trauma.
