I know how isolating that can feel! My goal is to create a space where you feel understood, grounded, and ready to make sense of what’s happening so you can get back to living the life you want. I work with teens and adults navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, and early psychosis. My approach is collaborative and empowering: you’re not just a client in therapy, you’re a partner in the process.
