I like to work with clients who realize they want something different for themselves. They might be struggling with grief, anxiety, depression, feeling out of control in their emotions, or a life transition, and they need some support to work through what is showing up for them. I also help clients work through trauma that they might have experienced either as a child or as an adult. Goals we can work on together might include giving yourself permission to cry, feeling ok with big emotions, taking the time to take care of yourself, working through difficult past experiences, and growing in your confidence.
